Monthly charge for management services is based on a percentage of all rental income and other income collected

Account Opening Fee of $25.00 per unit with a minimum fee of $275.00 (Volume Discount may apply on properties over 25 units)
$100.00 Fee for preparing and executing each new lease (includes commission to rental agent)
$50.00 Fee for each renewal if leased on a fixed term basis.
$25.00 per hour for in-house maintenance personnel
