Joe’s ideas and work ethics have remained in the business since his retirement in 1975 and a new generation of Gorham’s are carrying on the family tradition. His son Jim Gorham along with two of Joe’s grand-children Alex Gorham and Amy Gorham have expanded Fredericton Rentals into new markets by adding Gorham Real Estate, Premiere Executive Suites and Gorham Property Management to the Gorham Group Portfolio. As a result of proven systems, years of
